About NOYO

Rotkreuz, April 2024 – NOYO AG is a company founded at the beginning of 2023 that uses a 360-degree approach to promote the European service and sale of high-quality electric cars from Chinese manufacturers with various innovative solutions. NOYO AG is headquartered in Switzerland's central economic centre between Zug and Lucerne. From here, NOYO started selling the premium electric SUV VOYAH FREE, which has been available in Switzerland since September 2023 – currently through nine different dealers and car dealerships. In April 2024, NOYO will present the spectacular MHERO 1 electric off-roader for the first time as a European premiere at an off-road park near Zurich, which can now be ordered in Switzerland. Further brands and European sales markets are to follow.

The challenges surrounding electromobility are as diverse as the vehicles that are now offered by numerous manufacturers. Especially when it comes to customer proximity and service, many manufacturers still fail to meet their own standards. "Chinese automotive companies in particular areencounteringobstacles in Europe that are very difficult to get to grips with from abroad. The mentalities, the understanding of customers and also the legal framework are too different," says Dr. Daniel Kirchert, founder and CEO of NOYO AG.

Kirchert speaks from experience: With his former position as CEO of the Chinese EV start-up BYTON and more than 20 years of experience in the Asian market, for example in management positions at BMW and Nissan, Kirchert has built countless valuable connections. He speaks perfect Mandarin Chinese and is in demand as a consultant for many Asian automotive companies.

In addition, there is the extensive knowledge of the European automotive market of the extended NOYO management team, especially with regard to electromobility. This valuable combination enables NOYO to establish strong collaborations with leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturers as a reliable and experienced partner. On the one hand, this gives NOYO access to the latest technologies and developments in the field of electromobility and, on the other hand, it can offer its customers first-class solutions with innovative products and services. It's a win-win situation.

Through strategic partnerships with established manufacturers, such as the renowned Chinese automotive group Dongfeng, NOYO's portfolio already includes high-quality electric vehicles, such as the premium SUV VOYAH FREE, at the time of the company's founding. "It is extremely important to us that our customers at NOYO not only receive very good EVs at a first-class price-performance ratio, but at the same time experience seamless, excellent and worry-free customer service. This also includes the right financing, after-sales measures and, of course, fast and uncomplicated support in the event of repair or maintenance, which are in no way inferior to the services of the European brands," says Kirchert.

High-performance network and multi-pronged distribution system

To ensure this, NOYO relies on an extensive network of qualified partners. For the introduction of the VOYAH FREE, NOYO has not only been able to win over leading cooperation partners in Switzerland, such as the Allianz Insurance Group, LeaseTeq for vehicle financing and Galliker Transport & Logistics for vehicle logistics, but also the leading regional car dealerships at nine locations.

In addition, customers in Switzerland and Europe have access to 24/7 roadside assistance in cooperation with Allianz. Through licensed workshop chains and a central service center as a leading center of excellence for repairs and services, NOYO enables excellent customer support for all aspects of the electric vehicles it sells. For minor repairs on site, there is also a mobile service. A central service platform, the NOYO service app, is currently being developed as a central point of contact for support and service.

In addition to the comprehensive service, NOYO also offers its customers a wide range of options for purchasing electric vehicles. A multi-pronged distribution system makes the search for information much easier. The vehicles can be configured and requested online. A future showroom in a central location in Switzerland and a network of currently nine (as of March 2024) selected retail partners and car dealerships will enable a direct product experience with test drives. Perfect advice and, of course, the opportunity for test drives have so far been offered by Garage Matter (canton of Aargau), several alphaCARS branches of the Baldegger Group (Eastern Switzerland), Gysin & Gerspacher AG in Solothurn, Brand Automobile AG for the cantons of Uri, Schwyz, Nidwalden and Obwalden as well as Garage O. Stock AG in Graubünden. The latest addition to the sales and service network is the Imholz car dealership in Cham.

With strategic partnerships, NOYO offers individual purchase, leasing, financing and subscription models to choose from. For fleet and enterprise customers, NOYO offers tailor-made solutions through flexible options.

NOYO is an official partner of the Chinese premium brand VOYAH

At the start of 2023, NOYO entered into a significant partnership with the premium brand VOYAH. This strategic collaboration represents an important step for VOYAH's further market entry in Europe, following the company's successful launch in Norway in 2022. As the exclusive importer, NOYO took over the sales and service of the VOYAH brand in Switzerland and currently offers the VOYAH FREE, an exclusive electric SUV in the premium class. The VOYAH FREE will be joined by another selection of top-of-the-line EVs from the VOYAH brand in the coming months. For example, an electric comfort minibus, a compact SUV or an entry-level model from Dongfeng are planned for a sales price of less than CHF 25,000.

VOYAH is the premium brand of the established car manufacturer Dongfeng Motor Corporation (DMC) from Wuhan, China.Founded in 1969, Dongfeng Motor Corporation is now one of China's largest automotive groups with more than 176,000 employees and over three million vehicles sold annually.DMC's product portfolio includes commercial vehicles, NEVs, passenger vehicles, engines, auto parts and technical components. DMC operates joint ventures with international brands such as Nissan, Citroën, Peugeot, Honda, Kia and Infiniti.

European premiere for the MHERO 1

The VOYAH vehicle range is supplemented by vehicles from other brands and manufacturers. In April 2024, for example, NOYO presented the spectacular MHERO 1 electric off-roader as a European premiere with the participation of journalists from five European countries.
